Shipping policy

UK delivery

We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Our UK delivery estimate is 1–5 days from dispatch.

Standard UK delivery costs £5.99 for orders up to and including £150. Complimentary UK delivery is available when your order value after discounts is over £150, excluding delivery charges. An order of exactly £150 does not qualify.

Available delivery options and the final charge for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Any product-specific delivery arrangements are stated on the product page.

Delivery outside the UK

Available destinations, delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. The UK free-delivery offer does not apply to international delivery. If you need help confirming delivery or import charges for your destination, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery support

If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact london@melaniegrant.com with your order number. We will investigate and explain the next steps. You can contact us whether or not you purchased optional package protection.
