Earn MG Miles on eligible product purchases and exchange them for rewards towards your next skincare discovery. Sign in to your Loyalty Hub to view your balance and available rewards.
How it works
Thoughtful care. Considered rewards.
Earn. Earn 1 MG Mile for every £1 spent on eligible products, after discounts. VAT is included; delivery charges, treatments, service vouchers and deposits are excluded.
Collect. Miles become available after a 30-day holding period. Use the same email address online and when shopping for eligible products in our Mayfair studio.
Enjoy. Exchange available miles for a reward towards eligible products on your next qualifying purchase.

One place for your routine.
Sign in using the email address you use at checkout. Open your Loyalty Hub to view your MG Miles balance and rewards. When you have enough available miles, select a reward and follow the steps to redeem it.
A few useful details.
Can I earn MG Miles now?
Yes. Eligible product purchases earn 1 MG Mile per £1 spent after discounts, with miles becoming available 30 days after payment.
Do treatments earn miles?
No. Treatments, service vouchers and deposits are excluded. In a basket containing products and services, only eligible product spend counts.
What happens if I return a product?
Miles associated with refunded eligible products will be adjusted. Refunding an excluded treatment does not earn or remove product miles.
Which email address should I use?
Use the same email address for your account, online orders and product purchases in our Mayfair studio, so your eligible purchases can be recognised together.
